Anny is an internationally experienced coaching psychologist, EMCC accredited senior coach practitioner, ICF professional certified coach, coach supervisor, mediator, and facilitator with more than 25 years of leadership experience. She has served in several executive and senior leadership roles in both the private and public sectors, including promoting inclusive cultures in apartheid-era South Africa and team coaching the national cricket squad, shaping her understanding of working in complex systems and supporting people in executive leadership roles.
As a coaching psychologist, Anny uses psychological theory and research to guide her work. She applies an in-depth understanding of human behaviour and wellbeing to work with clients systematically on meaningful personal and professional goals. Her work focuses on three main areas: executive and leadership coaching, group and leadership team coaching, and systems change.
In executive and leadership coaching, she applies psychological approaches to enhance self-awareness, emotional intelligence, values alignment, and resilience in clients seeking personal and professional development within an organisational context. She focuses on developing psychological flexibility, enabling individuals to consider multiple perspectives, adapt their thinking to different situations, and increase their resilience and adaptability when dealing with complexity. In group and team settings, Anny builds psychological safety, trust, cohesion, and collaboration. She also brings diverse stakeholders together to co-create frameworks that advance societal wellbeing and generate better solutions.
Anny holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, a Certificate in Advanced Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes University, and is currently a Doctoral researcher in coaching and mentoring at Oxford Brookes University.
