Associate
Joe spent nearly 20 years as a British Army Infantry officer, specialising in crisis and risk management, media operations and in developing and delivering training, having a particular enjoyment in helping to develop those starting on their leadership journey. Post his Army career, he worked for the Government of Jersey, focussed on organisational resilience and public safety. He has also been the boss of Jersey’s most popular tourist attraction and has worked with many other organisations to plan and deliver complex change programmes.
Joe’s insight into practical leadership, building effective teams and developing challenging and innovative training enable him to help organisations become more resilient and effective and he is always looking for ways to get the best out of a team. In addition to his work with Amicus, Joe sits on the Board of Jersey Scouts, with particular responsibility for its real estate and operations.
