Saskia Hart

Saskia is a leadership consultant and coach specialising in unlocking human potential within organisations. With over 20 years in the British Army, she has extensive experience leading high-performing teams under pressure.

Drawing on her military background, she helps senior leaders and teams enhance efficiency, communication, resilience, and motivation. Through tailored coaching and leadership development, she works with organisations to drive performance, foster collaboration, and build a culture of accountability and success.

Saskia holds a Master’s in International Liaison and Communication from Westminster University and a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice from King’s College London. With expertise in project management and human resources, and fluency in French, she has worked with multinational teams and facilitated strategic leadership courses worldwide.
