Peter retired as Chief of the British Army in 2015 following a full and active career. He has extensive experience in dealing with British and foreign governments at the highest levels and a proven track record in the strategic leadership of large and complex organisations. He is a recognised speaker on geopolitics and military command techniques in business. Peter is a Director of the General Dynamics Corporation and President of Combat Stress, the UK military mental health charity, and is a visiting professor at Exeter University. He’s an avid follower of sport, sails and skis, and plays the occasional game of village cricket.
Jennifer spent 20 years working around the world for international blue-chip corporations. Recently, she was the Chief People Officer for Digicel, operating across 24 markets in the Caribbean and Central America. Prior to that, Jennifer was instrumental in creating and running a successful global corporate university for Mars Incorporated, one of the world’s leading fast-moving consumer goods companies. An accomplished industrial engineer, Jennifer has designed and delivered high-level, externally accredited training programmes in many countries that have enabled businesses to lift their performance and gain a competitive advantage. She is the Chair of Jersey Business and is on several commercial boards, including Condor Ferries and the Channel Islands Co-Operative Society.
David is a former army officer, international gold medal rower, coach and emerging markets finance specialist. He specialises in leadership and team dynamics to help organisations, groups and individuals excel in the most testing of situations. His interest in geopolitics and economics sees David help organisations devise strategy, build operating models and implement change/transformation programmes. These include commercial, cultural and operational turnarounds in the private and non-profit sector. His sector expertise spans aerospace and defence, financial services, government and public sector, and NGO/charity/non-profit.
Lyndsey brings over 20 years of business development experience from a variety of companies, predominantly in the projects and events management industries. Her skill set spans sales, business development, project management, admin, HR and marketing which makes her a great all-round addition to our team.
Emilie is passionate about empowering individuals and businesses to achieve their goals through positive change and draws on her extensive experience working in Investment Banking and Personal Development to achieve this. Emilie offers coaching across a range of areas including leadership, personal branding, emotional intelligence and wellbeing and resilience. Prior to setting up her own London based consultancy Emilie had a successful 14-year career in Investment Banking, most recently setting up the Leadership Coaching programme for RBS Corporate & Institutional Banking, transforming leadership and wellbeing for 1000+ staff. Prior to that role, Emilie setup and ran the RBS C&IB Customer experience team, for which she was recognised in the Brummel’s ‘Ones to Watch, Top 30 under 40’ city list. Emilie has also held senior roles as Head of Marketing and Head of EMEA Fixed-Income research, bringing a broad range of management experience to her work. As well as holding a degree in Economics from Warwick University, Emilie is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and an accredited Emotional Intelligence Coach for Multi-Health Systems EQi assessments.
Ian had a very successful career in the British Army for over 30 years’ and has experience of operational leadership, coaching, mentoring, training design and delivery, operational planning, and strategic analysis. Passionate about developing organisations and individuals, he is a Level 7 executive coach and mentor, and project manager, with a track record of enhancing team performance and individuals’ career progress. Ian encourages leaders and teams, through improved self-awareness, to flourish and prosper in their personal and professional lives. Ian is a sports and outdoor enthusiast who began coaching on the rugby field some 20 years ago. He walks, skis and sails, but chiefly spends an unreasonable amount of time on his bicycle. He claims that his greatest leadership challenge – from which he is constantly learning – is as father and husband in a large and busy family.
