Bespoke Leadership Services
At Amicus, we’ve been developing bespoke leadership development programmes for nearly 10 years, using our unique blend of techniques employed by the British Army and commerce.
Our methods have a track record of enabling organisations to realise their goals faster and more effectively through better inspired and motivated people.
Delivering lasting change through people
Our purpose is to help you create consistent results by bringing out the best in your people. We are focused on leading excellence and obsessed with delivering clearly-defined outcomes. Our highly talented team of associates are technically accomplished and bring years of experience in the most exacting roles. They are used to setbacks and are comfortable with unpredictability and volatility.
Design and delivery
We’ll start with a simple diagnostic phase to ensure we understand your approach, and the culture and character of your business. The process includes interviews, focus groups and surveys, and might include Predictive Index™, a very powerful analytical tool that uncovers the natural behaviours of individuals and how they relate to the rest of their team.
We then design our approach in collaboration with you. Programmes often include training sessions, facilitated workshops, offsite gatherings, or a simulation exercise, depending on the changes you seek, and your priorities.
We adopt the perspectives of the individual leader, the company, the sector and global influences, all set in the context of your culture, the CEO’s future intentions, and the strategy. We may also prepare selected high-potential individuals for the next level.
We bring in the best external speakers to cover specific topics and our own team of expert associates to support the programme as mentors or coaches.
Impact is everything
Our programmes are guaranteed to deliver a step change in motivation and effectiveness and improve business performance.
